Mr. Dev Deepta Nandy - Mr. Nandy is founder of Techno Consultant. He is a graduate in Electrical Engineering & MBA in Marketing. He has undergone ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 Lead Auditor, SA 8000:2014 awareness training course & ISO 50001:2018 Internal Auditor course. He has extensive experience in working with telecom sector in servicing, testing & inspection of Optical fibre test & measuring instruments as well as in two leading certification bodies (TUV Nord & Bureau Veritas) in the field of Quality, safety, environment, internal auditing, sales & marketing & customer relation management.
Ms. Indrani Dey - Ms. Dey is graduate in Electronics & Communication Engineering. She has independently handled projects of green audit in various institutes. She has successfully completed Implementation & Auditing of Carbon Footprint Management training based on ISO 14064-1,2,3, ISO 14066:2011, ISO 14064:2018 standards.
Ms. Moushree Chakrabortty - Ms. Chakrabortty is a graduate in Civil Engineering from Techno India Batanagar and also holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering. She has done Certification courses on AutoCAD 2D & 3D and also holds certificate on AutoCAD Civil 3D (Roads). She has been in the field of marketing since 2021 and has handled Clients like Rashmi Metaliks, WoodKraft India during her journey.
Mr. Partha Sarathi Maulik (Safety Trainer & Safety Assessor) - Mr. Maulik is construction health & safety personnel & authorised trainer in EHS. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of ESH. He was involved in planning, implementing, co-ordination activities related to reducing occupational illness, injuries, financial losses. He is M.Sc in Environment Science, Diploma in Industrial Safety, Completed NEBOSH-IGC in 2015.
Mr. Sajal Bhattacharya, (Electrical Safety Assessor) - Mr. Bhattacharya is LEE(Elec) AMIE(Elec). Retired from the service of CESC Ltd as with 34 years experience in electrical systems:- Maintenance of all sorts of LT & HT Electrical Boards, Switch Gears, Motors & Transformers & control systems of Power Station. Planning, Designing & installation of new electrical equipment’s, installations.
Mr. Asis Kumar Sharangi, (Safety Assessor) - Mr. Sharangi retired from the service of CESC Ltd on April,2017 as a Dy. Manager of Safety Cell, CESC Ltd. Operation & Maintenance of PF Boilers & its Auxilliaries, Electrical Boards & installations, Ash Handling & Coal Handling Plants. Tenure- 31 Yrs. Organisation- Titagarh Generating Station, CESC Ltd. Implementation of General & Electrical Safety Awareness among all employees, Safety Audit at different installations of CESC Ltd under the SAFETY CELL of the organization. Tenure: 3 Yrs. Implementation of all ISO Standards at Titagarh Generating station by MR function of EMS, Internal & external Auditors of other standards.
Mr. Manotosh Choudhury (Energy Auditor) - Mr. Choudhury is certified Energy Auditor, Bureau of Energy Efficiency- Govt. of India, Regd. No. EA 9300. He is having 35 years of dedicated association in the field of power generation (Operation & Maintenance), distribution (Loss control Cell), and HR (Functional training) in a vertically integrated private power utility. He is also guest lecturer in reputed energy research institutes. -An expert HR executive with proven expertise in functional training and development preparing detailed training needs through inter-departmental coordination and extensive brainstorming sections. He is a pivotal contributor to energy audits in power station and municipal corporations involving high level analytical and leadership challenges.
Mr. Tapan Debnath, (Fire Safety Advisor & Fire Safety Trainer) - Mr. Debnath Commenced professional career with CISF in the year 1982 and taken voluntary retirement from the rank of DEPUTY COMMANDANT (FIRE). During the 28 years of service in CISF Fire Wing he supervised and managed Fire safety of various Central Government Undertakings VIZ Iron ore mines, Steel, Paper, Fertilizer, ONGC and Thermal Power and has developed expertise in Fire safety management, training, consultancy/audit. Worked as faculty member at Fire Service Training Institute of CISF. His core competencies are: -Fire Fighting & Rescue Training, Fire Safety Consultancy /Audit, Fire Fighting & Rescue operation in Industrial Complex, building etc, Evacuation plan, Fire Exit/Evacuation Mock Drills, Industrial safety training. Imparted fire fighting and industrial safety training to about 17000 personnel throughout professional carrier.
Mr. Amar Kumar Ganguly, (Safety Advisor, Safety Audit, Safety Training, Safety Survey) - Mr. Ganguly completed diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Clacutta Technical School and passed Sec. A and Sec. B of A.M.I.E in Mechanical Engineering from Institutions of Engineers. His work experience in M/S Guest Keen Wiliams Ltd. for 5 years, Shift engineer, Jr. Inspection Engineer in Haldia Dock for 6 years, Assistant Director in Inspectorate dock safety, Ministry of labour for 4 years, Regional Labour Institute for 19 years, Director in Central Labour Institute for 4 years. He Carried out Safety analysis, safety training, safety survey, safety audit.
Mr. Sribatsa Panda, (Auditor, Assessor, Trainer) - Mr. Panda completed B.Sc (Engineering), Hons. Electrical Engineering, University College of Engineerinng, Sambalpure University, Odisha. He working as Manager in Slabbing Mill for 11 years, TQM faciliator for 25 years in Bokaro Steel Plant, External Consultant for 1 year for implementing ISO 9001: 2015 in Bhusan Steel Plant. His working area is TQM & Business Excellence, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 45001, SA 8000, ISO 50000, ISO 27001.
Dr. Anjan Ghosh, (Senior Advisor & Trainer) - Dr. Ghosh is B.Tech Instrumentation & Electronics (Jadavpur University), MBA with specialization in operations management, PhD in strategic management. In Philips he introduced Statistical Process Control, concepts of TQM, root cause analysis techniques, failure mode & effect analysis. In Exide, he Introduced TQM in the organization, including in R&D – Marketing-Sales-Service. He introduced Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) as per the JIPM (Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance ) methodology. He introduced lean manufacturing and six sigma in the organization. As part of continuous improvement guided 28 Quality Circles / SGA’s to solve more than 100 problems, under TPM umbrella over 2000 kaizens have been recorded, under EMS completed more than 60 environmental management programmes.
